In support of a rapidly growing customer base, SQA designed key processes to ensure repeatability, stability, and faster response time. SQA interviewed stakeholders and end users to first identify pre-existing best practices, assess tools and environments, and design seamlessly integrated delivery processes.

SQA developed a proof of concept for an automated regression suite. The team implemented a 1.0 version while creating a full billing application framework. SQA gauged the scalability of the system and completed testing of handheld devices used to manage and validate installation of smart meter components.

Working with Smart Grid technology, SQA supported UtiliData’s testing efforts to speed up delivery of defect-free embedded software. Along with completing a backlog of regression tests, SQA helped configure lab and test environments to increase testing velocity.
