SQA created an ITIL-based capacity, availability and performance testing/management capability. The team introduced the required tools, built a “virtual performance team” that utilizes in-house skills, and stood up the capability as part of their ongoing system implementation project.

A member of SQA’s Solutions Team was deployed to Harvard Business School to help guide them through an upgrade of ServiceNow. Our skilled consultant was able to support the effort through her deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform from both a business analysis and quality assurance perspective.

Harvard Medical School
Based on change control, new business requirements and enhancements, SQA focused testing on front-end, Web-based portals and applications. SQA resources created, executed and maintained automated test scripts in Selenium.
SQA test engineers supported the planning and execution for a highly visible PeopleSoft implementation. Working in conjunction with Harvard’s shared services organization, SQA consultants also performed testing on a wide range of applications including web portals used by faculty, researchers, students and staff for grant applications, innovation and exchange of health information.
