Technical Support Engineer | Oracle Fusion

Do you have deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials?

SQA’s Greater Boston-based pharmaceutical client has a fully implemented solution and needs a Technical Support Engineer to provide first level support of the Oracle Fusion Financials system. The qualified candidate will act as the primary interface between the business and the outsourced managed service team. Since this role will be multi-focused with multiple work streams, communication skills and collaboration are key skills for success.

Experience and responsibilities include:

  • Providing Level 1 support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis and validation of tickets submitted
  • Working directly with business users; managing production issues; collaborating across multiple functions
  • Good knowledge of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, test, UAT coordination, and IT change control
  • Implementing Oracle Financials, including knowledge of Project Accounting feature
  • Experience managing and/or directing offshore teams.
