Project Manager

Are you a Senior IT Project Manager with Telephony and Customer Experience knowledge?

SQA is working on an enterprise wide program focused on a telephony systems upgrade. We are in the planning phase and need a Project Manager to work on planning, budget, scheduling as well as risk and issue management. The program involves multiple vendors, working off of SOW’s, PCR’s (project change requests) and associated budgets. The tracking will be more aligned to the cost of executing the project vs. at the hours and resource level. We are looking for strong leadership skills, being able to present to all levels of the organization, including C-level, and attending steering committee meetings. The projects are predominately waterfall, Agile is being implemented incrementally and within sections of projects.

Critical Success Factors
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience with Telephony systems at an enterprise level
  • Leadership and people skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • The ability to successfully initiate, track, report and close projects
  • Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate activities with diverse groups, including stakeholders, sponsors, leads, vendors, other project managers, and technical staff
