Meet our leadership team
Ray architects, implements and supports SQA’s technology infrastructure. He ensures the reliability of the company’s internal IT operations, lab environments, CRM and business-driven systems.
As one of the original founders, Norm helped define SQA’s culture and values. In 2012, he founded the Metta Students Foundation, a non-profit organization created to promote acts of kindness by high school students.
Kim leads SQA’s marketing function. She is responsible for ensuring the company marketing strategy stays in tune with client needs and market trends.
Rob is responsible for SQA’s client-facing operations. He ensures the team listens closely to all of SQA’s clients, making sure they have what they need to succeed.

A certified ITIL Specialist, PMP Practitioner, and ScrumMaster, Walter is an expert in automated solutions for software functional, load/performance and security objectives.
As CFO, Mark is an instrumental part of SQA’s long-term vision. He is committed to growing the company in ways that make sense for our clients while ensuring the financial strength and operating efficiency of SQA.

A Six Sigma Black Belt, Sharon is an expert in software development life cycle optimization. Her approach to improving business performance includes the application of quality-based principles with a heavy reliance on tools and measurement.
